Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Carry. By signing up you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose; if anything is unclear, email support@carry-golf.com.
The service
Carry calculates the yardage adjustment for every shot you will hit, using the forecast wind, temperature, humidity and altitude at your course at the time you play, personalized to your ball flight, and texts you a printable, foldable card before your round. The numbers are a model's estimate from a weather forecast and public course maps. They are a guide, not a guarantee. Play the shot you see.
SMS program terms
- Carry sends a daily yardage card, tee-time reminders and replies to your texts, about 1 to 2 messages a day.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Replying STOP stops all texts but does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, visit carry-golf.com/account.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Texts are sent from a US toll-free number. You need a phone that can receive SMS and MMS.
Pricing
Carry is $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, billed in advance by Stripe.
Free trial and renewal
New members, and returning members whose last subscription ended more than 12 months ago, get a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. When the trial ends, your subscription starts and renews automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.
How to cancel
Visit carry-golf.com/account (you will be asked to sign in) and cancel from your account page. Replying STOP stops all texts but does not cancel your subscription. To cancel, visit carry-golf.com/account.
Refunds
Cancel any time. Your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no partial refunds for the unused part of a month or a year.
Your account
Your mobile number is your account. Keep your password to yourself, tell us if you think someone else is using your account, and give us accurate course and tee-time information so the card we send is the right one.
What you may not do
Do not resell Carry, scrape it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or disrupts the service for others. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Limits on our liability
Carry is provided as is. We do our best to send every card on time and to get the numbers right, but we cannot promise the forecast, the course map, the phone network or our service will never fail. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact support first at support@carry-golf.com. Most problems are fixed in a reply. If we cannot sort it out, either of us may take it to a court in the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will text you or post it here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Carry after that means you accept the change.
